ILP Global Mertens Thiele is a regionally, nationwide and internationally active medium-size corporate lawfirm, which offers a comprehensive and interdisciplinary advisory service in all areas of commercial and civil law.

Essentially we turn our attention to the counselling and assistance of companies throughout their commercial and business activities at home and abroad. Besides our core competencies in the areas of corporate and commercial law, tax law, (international) contract law, competition and trade mark law, real estate law and inheritance law, we are active in all sectors of private law.  

Our client base is made up of private individuals, small and medium-size businesses as well major corporations from basically all classes of business and structured in all possible legal forms, either seated in Germany or abroad. That way we advise amongst others banks, manufacturing industry, service companies as well as private and professional persons.

Our premises are located at the very heart of Cologne, right beside the cathedral and Central Station.
